The Government/Education plan is open to any bona fide federal, state, or local government employee in the United States and Canada, including employees of public colleges. All participants registering for this government fee must present their employer-issued government-issued ID or other proof of government employment upon check-in. Cisco, in its sole discretion, may charge the full amount of the conference to an individual who is unable to complete proof of employment to Cisco's satisfaction. No additional discounts apply. Instructor-led labs, technical seminars, and exams are charged in addition to conference fees.

This program is for companies looking to purchase registration passes in bulk prior to the conference.
The discount is based on the registration fee applicable at the time of purchase:
- 5 to 9 passes: $75 off each pass
- 10 to 49 passes: $100 off each pass
- 50 to 99 passes: $200 off each pass
- 100+ passes: $300 off each pass

- Checks/Wireless Funds Transfer: accepted by contacting usCisco Live Registration Support.
- All payments must be received by May 15, 2023 or the assistant's schedule will be deleted.
- Any attendee with an outstanding payment upon arrival at the event will be asked to provide their personal credit card details in order to process the payment. The credit card on file will be refunded after full payment has been received by our accounting department.

Payment with Cisco Learning Credits
Cisco Learning Credits can be used to pay for a full live Cisco conference, IT Leadership or Explorer packages, technical seminars, and instructor-led labs. Learning Credits cannot be used as part payment or in conjunction with any other offer.
To pay with Learning Credits, select "Pay with Learning Credits" during registration. You will be prompted to enter your Learning Credit order number and the number of credits to be deducted at a time. If you are entering more than one Learning Credit Purchase Order, please note that all SO#s must be from the same company.
Learning credits are processed immediately and must be approved by the team captain prior to the event (if not automatically approved by your organization). Note the expiry dates on your sales order.
If your team captain declines the transaction, our registration support team will contact you to validate the payment.
If you have just purchased, newly issued or renewed existing credits, processing can take 5-7 business days. So please keep that in mind when signing up.
Learning Credit purchases are non-refundable and may only be used for the benefit of Cisco customers and partners and their respective employees.

Conference Pass Replacement Policy
If you are unable to attend Cisco Live 2023 after registering, you can be represented by the same company free of charge. Send the replacement notice toCisco Live Registration Support. Notification must be received in writing by May 26, 2023. For post-deadline replacements, please bring written notification to the Cisco Live on-site Las Vegas registration area.
